Manitoba Institute of Culinary Arts
Welcome to the Manitoba Institute of Culinary Arts. This institute is located at the college’s newly renovated historic campus and houses the Hotel and Restaurant Management and Culinary Arts programs, as well as community programming.
The institute features a state-of-the-art teaching kitchen, Master classroom and majestic Grey Owl Dining Room. Construction is also underway to build the Canad Inns Culinary Theatre. Programming will include a Visiting Guest Chef Series and a Viniculture Field School. The building also houses a completely wireless computer network.
