Director Welcome
Welcome to the Manitoba Institute of Culinary Arts. This institute is located at the college’s newly renovated 1st Street North Campus and houses the Hotel and Restaurant Management and Culinary Arts programs, as well as community programming.
The institute features a state-of-the-art teaching kitchen, historic study hall, master classroom, majestic Grey Owl dining room and a broadcast Culinary Theatre. Programming includes a Visiting Guest Chef Series and a Viniculture Field School. The building also houses a completely wireless computer network.
