Each award will describe the application procedure for that particular award. It will tell you whether to use our application form or a form created by another organization, and whether to bring the completed form to us, or send it to the organization directly.

Scholarships, awards and bursaries that use our application forms:

Bursary applications

• You will use the bursary application form for any of our awards that have an element of financial need as a part of the selection criteria
• Click the link in the “Application Procedure” section in the bursary description. This will take you to the Bursary Application, which you can print and fill out. You can also obtain one from the awards office.
• Fill out the application completely and attach all the requested documentation
• Bring the application to the Awards Office by the deadline listed

Scholarship and award applications

• You will use the scholarship and award application form for awards based strictly on academics, service, leadership or non-financial factors
• Click on the link in the “Application Procedure” section in the award description.  This will take you to the Scholarship and Award Application, which you can print and fill out. You can also obtain one from the awards office.
• Fill out the application completely and attach all the requested documentation
• Bring the application to the Awards Office by the deadline listed

Scholarships, awards and bursaries that use another organization’s application

When you go to the award description, one of two things will happen:

• A link in the “Application Procedure” will take you to a website where you can print an application or fill it out online
• You’ll be told how to obtain an application form

The application form will tell you whether to send the application directly to the organization, or to bring it to the Awards Office.
