Enterprise Development is very active in establishing training partnerships with businesses, organizations and communities. We can help you identify the most effective mode of delivery for your unique training needs. The College has a long history of providing lifelong learning opportunities to First Nations, Métis, and Inuit peoples. Manitoba Institute of Culinary Arts (MICA)
Assiniboine’s state-of-the-art learning centre located on our historic North Hill location is home to the Manitoba Institute of Culinary Arts. This facility boasts a high tech teaching kitchen, the historic Grey Owl dining room and culinary theatre that provides a venue for a variety of teaching opportunities.
Parkland Campus
Accessing learning opportunities at Assiniboine Community College is made easier for those living in the beautiful Parkland region. Our newly expanded Parkland Campus in Dauphin, as well as centres in Russell and Swan River allows the College to reach out further to the communities we serve.
